Create a Hotel Map
This wizard will help you create a hotel map for your event, with its own unique URL (e.g. roomatlas.com/e3expo).

You can send the hotel map to anyone attending your event to help them find a nearby hotel.

Hotel Map Type
 One-off event with definite date(s), e.g. a conference, sports event or wedding
 Placemark without dates, e.g. a destination you visit regularly

Default Currency
     

Your Details
Firstly, we need your contact details in case we need to amend any details in the event.

Rest assured we won't use them for any other purpose, or share them with anyone (ever).

Set Map View
Use the search box (top-right) to find the location of your event/placemark, then drag/zoom the map to create the desired view.

You may wish to zoom out to show a broader range of hotels.

Adjust Placemark Position

You may drag the green placemark pin to fine-tune its location.

Then click Next to enter hotel map details.

For one day events, enter the event date in both boxes.
